The Carroll School: CarrollMath Stern Structural Arithmetic Teacher Training (January - February 2012)
Carroll School is hosting a three-session Stern Math Teacher Training presented by Olympia T. Shields. Start with Workshop I and sign up for one or all of the workshops. If you attended our 2011 Stern Math Training or participated in our CarrollMath Summer Seminar, you are ready to take Workshop II and then Workshop III.

Stern Math Workshops for Summer 2012: The Structural Arithmetic Program at the Parkside School
Temple Ary, M.A. and KC Genzmer, Ph.D., will present a series of workshops demonstrating the Structural Arithmetic program. This program encourages children at the beginning stages of math education: to discover mathematical concepts with manipulatives, to develop computational facility, and to enhance problem solving abilities.
