Pattern Boards

These ten boards must be used in conjunction with cubes which fit into the grooves on each board.  Children become familiar with characteristic configurations of various quantities.  They come to sense the difference between odd and even numbers.  Lively, fun games to be used with the Pattern Boards are described in Experimenting with Numbers.
